The ecosystem of Windows Phone though slowly builds up, but not really thriving. Nokia has therefore already developed some apps for Windows Phone to strengthen the ecosystem.Samsung now does the same and has the camera and apps Manga Artist Paper published for Windows Phone.
Both apps have the task of manipulating photos. The manga Camera tinkering from photos in real time manga images that look not bad if you look at the screenshots.
Paper artist has a similar function, only you can use advanced filter to improve the photos here also.
